Auburn moves to the university’s calendar more than any other city in the Valley, and that shapes practically every job we book here. Lease turnover at complexes near campus — around Magnolia Avenue, South College Street, and the corridor out toward Shug Jordan Parkway — hits hard every July and August, when hundreds of students are moving out of one unit and into another within the same few weeks. Our apartment moving crews build extra summer capacity specifically for this stretch, because a family trying to book a truck the same week as move-in day at a dozen student complexes needs a company that already planned for the rush rather than one that’s scrambling.
