Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your engagement of moving and labor services from Atomic Moving and Labor, based in Fort Mitchell, Alabama. By accessing this website or requesting a quote or service from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a quote request, booking a move, or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable service agreement or estimate provided to you separately at the time of booking.

Description of Services

Atomic Moving and Labor provides local moving, long-distance moving, residential moving, apartment moving, full-service packing, piano moving, safe and gun-safe moving, short-term storage, and labor-only loading and unloading services within Fort Mitchell, Alabama and the broader Chattahoochee Valley region, as well as long-distance routes to other states. Specific services, pricing, and scheduling for any individual move are confirmed through direct communication with our office and, where applicable, a written estimate. We operate under applicable Alabama household-goods carrier requirements and hold federal operating authority for interstate moves; we do not publish permit numbers on this website, but documentation is available upon request.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through this website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary based on actual inventory, services requested, access conditions at either location, and other factors discovered on the day of the move. Any deposit required to secure a move date will be disclosed to you in advance and applied toward your final invoice.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your move, including inventory, access conditions, and any specialty items such as pianos or safes, so that we can plan and staff the job appropriately. You are also responsible for disclosing any hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items in advance; we reserve the right to decline to transport such items.

Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

We ask that any cancellation or rescheduling be communicated as early as possible so we can adjust crew assignments. Deposits and cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific booking confirmation, and those terms govern in the event of a conflict with general statements made elsewhere on this website.

Limitation of Liability

While our crews take care in handling your belongings, Atomic Moving and Labor’s liability for loss or damage during a move is limited as set forth in your signed bill of lading or service agreement, consistent with applicable state and federal regulations governing household-goods carriers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the performance of moving services, beyond what is specified in your service agreement.

Insurance and Valuation Coverage

Information about available valuation coverage options for your shipment will be provided at the time of booking, consistent with applicable regulations. It is your responsibility to review and select the coverage option that fits your needs.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or use its content in a misleading or infringing manner.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Alabama, except where federal law governing interstate household-goods transportation applies.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
